Can other people see the photos I put on a board?
They are stored in a private space visible only to the people you invite. They are never made public or discoverable through search. For details, see the Privacy Policy linked below.
Where are My Stickers stored?
Cut-out stickers you save are stored only on your device and in your Apple ID (iCloud), and are not sent to any server.
I want to delete my account
You can delete your account from the settings within the App. On deletion, your profile and uploaded images are removed.
How do I choose which board a widget shows, or add more than one?
Touch and hold the widget on your Home Screen, then tap "Edit Widget" to choose which space it shows. You can add as many widgets as you like: touch and hold the Home Screen, tap the "+" in the corner, add KOLTA, and repeat. Give each widget a different space to see several boards at once.
My widget is slow to update
When notifications are turned on, the widget refreshes as soon as someone adds something to the board. With notifications off, iOS fetches updates on its own schedule, so it can take a while. Opening the app also prompts a refresh.
I want to change the members and start the board over
You can do this today without recreating the space. 1) In the space settings, remove the members you no longer need, one at a time. 2) Tap "Start a new board" to archive the current board and begin a fresh one. 3) Delete the archived boards (owner only). Then create a new invite code and invite the new members. Your space name and widget setup stay as they are.
